The Herald's Paris representative says he learns from an authoritative British source that the Council of Four will ask Turkey to send delegates to Paris for the purpose of concluding a peace treaty between Turkey and the Allies. The fact that the Mohammedan races who are subject to British rule are opposed to the elimination of the Turkish Empire and the apparent disinclination of the United States to accept a mandate over Turkey are given as a reason for the new decision that a Turkish State will 'be established within the limits of Anatolia. I The Sultan will be given full religious land political sovereignty. Turkey will renounce all claims to' Constantinople Aus.-N-Z. Cable Assn.
