THE BLOCKADE OF GERMAN*. •ITALIAN DIFFICULTY NOT SETTLED By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyr'ght. Paris, June 4. Sweden and Denmark refused to join the blockade of Germany in the event of the latter refusing to sign the treaty. The efforts to effect a compromise between the ItaVans and Jugo-Slavs have failed.
