London, June 1. The Times' Hague correspondent says the Vorwaerts publishes an article, headed, "Wilhelm come back," which discloses that the pan-German League is moving in the national Prussian Assemblies to secure the return of ex-royalties, and promising the Kaiser, a safe and dignified residence. The Vorwaerts adds: "Wilhelm will save the situation. His course proved right. With him restored we see the Entente, as the result of the new German revolution, forced to re-cast the peace treaty, and Wilhelm leading us to glorioua times."—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
SEEKING AN INTERVIEW. EX-KAISER NOT APPROACHABLE. Received June 10, 5.5 p.m. New York, June 1. The Tribune's Amerongen correspondent, who accompanied a grcup of sightseeing members of the United States army, states the troops caused consternation to the ex-Kaiser and entourage when they arrived in the viainity of the castle. It was feared the American party was detenhined to =ee the Kaiser, even if force was necessary to reach him. The fact wa* that the correspondent merely sought to interview him through Count Bentinck. The correspondent wrote a note to the Kaiser, asking him to express an opinion about the peace treaty. President Wilson's fourteen points, and the Allied plan: to bring him to trial. The note was conveyed to the former monarch by Count Bentinck. The ex-Kaiser sent hack an oral answer refusing to be seen or to express an opinion.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
GERMAN PARTY VISITS EXILE.

New York, June 2.
'A correspondent at Amerongen states that a party of Germans visited the exKaiser, who walked in the castle grounds with the visitors, talking loudly. One of the 'visitors was believed to be Herr Zimmerman, former Foreign Secretary. The correspondent adds that the full tact of the .Allied peace terms have 'reached the ex-Kaiser.—Aus. N.Z.
