NAPIER SESSIONS,

At the Supreme Court' James Thomas Hassett was sentenced to six months with hard labor on charges of stealing and breaking and entering. The Te Aute scholar, George Waerea pleaded guilty to setting Are to Te Aute College, and will be sentenced in a few days. John Dennis Murphy was found not guilty of breaking and entering a temporary bar of the Crown Hotel, Norsewood.
