Owing to the Afghan situation Indian demobilisation has,' been suspended. Proofs have reached London that the Moscow Bolsheviks continue to incite the Amir. British concentrations are proceeding at Peshawar, Dakka, and Quetta. The main Afghan force lies betwcn Dakka and Jelallabad.
