If so manned the whole dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court. In view of this the local ballot, which evoked a poor response, has been stopped. Melbourne coal lumipers refused to work the fieamera on which loyalists were employed. The Coal Board has decided to regulate the coal supply from Wednesday next.
