DEPUTATION TO GERMANY.' Received May 29, 8 p.m. London, May 17. The commission of the' Berne International Labor Congress has accepted an invitation from the German Majority and Independent Socialists to send a deputation to Germany to investigate the situation and report to the ititernationaleg. Henderson (England), Wibant (Holland), Mistral (France), tuna Huysmans (Belgium) will constitute the deputation. The date of the' visit will not be fixed till peace is signed.—Reuter,
