Scott (Otago); ,iunior grand warden, T. Morgan (Hawke's Bay); grand secretary; M. Nicol; grand treasurer, J. T. King; grand registrar, C. A. Nielsen; president of the board of general purposes, H. N. Seatou, all of Wellington, where the ftrand secretary's; office is at present.
