, DEFRAYING COST OF ADMINISTRATION;. New York, May 13. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times states that the United States and Allied Governments have decided to lend 40 million dollars to the Inter-Allied Commission administrating the Trans-Siberian Railway. It is believed Britain, the United States and Japan will each furnish live millions, France and Italy each 2i millions.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
