DIFFICULTIES INCREASING. Received May 21, 9.5 p.mSydney, May 21. The stranded New Zealanders' committee has cabled to Sir James Allen that the development of the shipping trouble at Sydney makes the repatriation of New Zealanders forthwith imperative, and urging him to arrange that the Makura, sailing on the 22nd, should carry passengers, the Government to compensate the Union Company, if necessary, for ah'y possible delay in quarantine, or some other veeesl in Wellington harbor could be utilised for quarantine purposes.
