TRANSFERRING THEIR BUSINESS. Received May 15, 5.45 p.m. London, May 14. Sir Newton Moore, in the House of Commons, asked if the Government proposed any action in connection with the report that German traders at Rabanl were transferring their business from tiie Australian shipping lines to Japanese and Dutch.
