EARLY DAYS OF THE WAR.

THE FALL OP ANTWERP. Eeceived May 14, 8 p.m. London, May 13. Lord French's narrative in the Daily Telegraph repudiates responsibility for the events in Belgium early in October, when the fall of Antwerp was imminent, owing to Lord Kitchener influencing the operations and taking the troops north out of Lord French's control.
