TRANS-ATLANTIC FLIGHT. New York, May 7. The St. John's correspondent of the New York Times states that the Hand-ley-Page bomber, which will attempt the trans-Atlantic flight, is expected to arrive bv steamer from England on Ma-. 11. According to the Washington correspondent of the New York Times, the United States Army Air Service has announced that it will co-operate with 32 municipalities in laying out landing fields for the purpose of aiding the commercial and military air service.—Aua.-N.Z.
