The Arawa, with a large draft of troops from Home, arrived in the harbor at ,5 p.m. tShe is an absolutely clean ship, and will berth at daybreak. The southern men leave Lyttelton by special train at 8.17 a.m. Major-General Sir Andrew Russell, who is returning by the Arawa, will be accorded a civic reception at Lyttelton and Christchurch to-morrow, and will also be entertained at luncheon by the mayor and city councillors of Christchurch
