When took over the management of this dairy I must admit that I felt rather doubtful of its merits, but I can assure you after giving it a fair trial in every way, its mechanical operation and sanitary effects, I could not possibly wish for better results, as many satisfied users of our milk can testify. I am quite prepared to demonstrate publicly that I can produce milk for any town supply, to say the least, equal to the' very best hand produced, and far better thai) the bulk generally supplied, in that way for town delivery. To be candid with you I must tell you that when I filled the position of Dairy Instructor and Inspector for the Kaipant Dairy Co. a few years ago, I was rather prejudiced against ~-...
