SPECIAL SESSION OF CONGRESS. New York, May 4. The Washington correspondent of the Evening Post states that President Wilson will probably return to the United States on May"2s, and call a special session of Congress on June 2. Tt seems likely that he will deliver a Bpeeeh covering his accomplishments abroad at Washington on June 7. President Wilson has summoned Congress for June 19.
