CONDITIONS ALMOST NORMAL. Cairo, April 29. General Allenby attended the Anzac Day celebrations. Apart from ibe Cairo tram strike there is only the slightest unrest in Egypt. The most important development towards peace have been speeches in several mosques urging quietness upon the Moslems. The effect was instantaneous.—Aus.-K.Z. Cable Assa. London, April 29. The Government is considering sending a mission under Lord Milner to report on the changes necessary in the constitution of Egypt.
