London, April 29. Russian indicate that the Bolshevists are suffering defeat on all fronts and are retreating pell mell between the Arctic and the Caspian after unsuccessfully attempting to stand eastward of Kazan. The Poles continue to advance from Vilna. The British success in the White Sea region has isolated the Bolshevist force at Olonetz, which the Finns have captured. Uneasiness prevails in the Soviet territories where there are peasant risings. CAPTURE OF OLONETZ. BY ANTI-BOLSHEVIK FORCES. London, April 29. A German wireless metselage states 1 tb»* the Karelian peasants, supported by Finnish volunteers, captured Olonetz and took 600 prisoners. The Karelians established a provisional government at Olonetz until the National Assembly meets to determine the future constitution on the basis of self-determina-tion. A Stockholm message states that the British at Shehenkyles heavily defeated the Bolshevik effort to rush reinforcements to Olonetz. The Bolsheviks are now speedily retiring airing the Onega River to prevent being trapped. Other , Furnish forces attacked the German railway junction and captured the Bolsheviks' ice-bound torpedo flotilla.
