SOCIALIST CONFERENCE.

ENEMY COUNTRIES REPRESENTED. Received April 29, 11.5 p.m. Amsterdam, April 29. Mr. Ryan, the Queensland Premier, attended the International Socialist Conference here. Gentian, Austrian, and Hungarian delegates were present, including Herr Haase and Madame Kautsky. A resolution was adopted lit favor of the fusign of Germany and Austria, accompanied by a measure of selfdetermination.

The conference protested against the invasion of Hungary, and denied the Allies' right to meddle in Hungarian internal aiffairs. It also demanded the creation of independent states for Finland, Georgia, and Esthonia.
