«> ■ THE DRIVER ARRESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Levin, last Night. An inquest was held to-day on the death of Richard Frechtling, killed while ridiiijr a bicycle ou the main street on Easter Monday night by collision with a car. Evidence was given that deceased was on his proper side, when a car camo behind him and dragged him 1i feet The car-driver did not slacken his pact, or pull up after the collision. The coroner found that deceased met his death by being run down by a ca/, and from the police evidence the driver of the car appeared to be Hohepa Wiremii. The latter was subsequently arrested and charged with manslaughter, and was reiuandM till May 1,
