LEAD AND ZINC ORE SYNDICATE. Received April 27, 5.5 p m. London, April 25. The Chemical and Metallurgical Corporation, with a capital of twelve hundred thousand, has been registered to acquire F. E. Elmore's new process plant dealing with lead and zinc ores, which is believed to be particularly adapted to the Broken Hill ores.
