TOKO v. TIKORANGI. A match between Toko and Tikorangi was played ar, Tikorangi on the 17th inst and after an enjoyable game resulted in a win for the former. Tikorangi made 59, the principal scores being A. Soffe 9, D. Sarten 11, C. Foreman 17. and J. Jull >. (not out). Cole, Richmond, T. Snookes shared the bowling honors. Toko made 82. the best scores being Cole 39, Richmond 12 and Snookes 9. The bowling was shared by Jupp Lye, Soffe and C. Foreman Luncheon and afternoon tea was provided by the local ladies.
