NIAGARA CASES QUARANTINED. Received April 23, 11.10 p.m. Suva, April 23. The Niagara, from Auckland for Vancouver, arrived with six stewards and one lady through passenger suffering from influenza. They were landed at Suva and quarantined.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS. SHIPPING WITHDRAWN. Melbourne, April 23. As the result of the New Zealand quarantine restrictions the owners have withdrawn the Westralia from the Melbourne -Wellington service. Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
