DEPARTURE OF TWO MORE TRANSPORTS. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Official advice has been received of the departure of two more steamers from the United Kingdom with New Zealand troops on board. The particulars are: The Pakeha {returning draft No. 261) left United Kingdom on April 12, and is due in Wellington or Port Chalmwt on June 2. The draft comprises 620.troops, 5 civilians, 4 women and 2 children. This makes the number of New Zealand troops at present afloat and homeward bound 10,202. THE lONIC'S ARRIVAL. Auckland, Last Night. The transport lonic arrived to-night at 9 o'clock. She will be examined by the-health officer in the morning, and if declared clean the troops will disembark about 9 o'clock. The southern men will leave by train in the evening. >.
