EASTER PAIRS TOURNAMENT. f The Easter pairs tournament arranged by the New Plymouth clubs was continued yesterday to the end of the section play and one semi-final was played. Section A was won by Lee with 5 wins, Bartlett with 6 wins won section B, and Higgs won D section with 5 wins. In section C there was a tie between Fookes and Jury, each having one loss. In the play-off Jury was victorious by 0 to 3. Bartlett and Higgs met at Fitzroy in a semi-final, the result being that Bartlett won by 18 to 14. It is expected the tournament will be completed some time during this week. Following are the results of yesterday's section play:— SECTION A—West End. Fifth Round—Lye 18 v. Hill 13-- Lee 1!) v.
