PRIVATE OPERATIONS PERMITTED. London, April 14. The Air Ministry announces that the Government in the early stages will permit private enterprise to operate on the easier of the great air routes, the State only touching the more difficult. Nothing has been decided regarding the Cairo-India route, where strategic considerations exist.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
