POLAND.

WHAT GERMANY OFFERED. New York, April 10. The Herald's Paris correspondent states that before Paderewski arrived in Paris the German Government offered to recognise Poland's national aspirations, guarantee Poland the use of Danzig, and recognise Poland's claims to Teschen and East Galacia. It also promised to help Poland to reestablish her industries if Poland, in return, accepted German ownership of Danzig, and agreed that the Lithuanian corridor to Russia be open for German use.—Aus.-N.Z.
