BELATED NEWS. RAISING A SECRET ARMY. Received April 21, 12.45 a.m. New York, April 12. The New York World's Paris correspondent states that M. Bruda, head of the Czecho Slovak Peace Mission, has submitted a report to the French Minister of War saying that Germany is fast raising a secret army. Recruiting and drilling proceeds in the small villages. Daily enlistments are more than five hundred and artillery, ammunition, and transport are concealed in Saxony.— Aug.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
