THE WELLINGTON CONTESTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 19. Messrs. J. P. Luke, W, H. P. Barber and J. Read, the last-named a Labor candidate, have ween nominated for the Wellington mayoralty, Mr. T Shailer Weston withdrawing from the contest. There are 41 candidates for 15 seats on the City Council. •
