HOUSEHOLDERS' MEETINGS.
„V WAIHI. .The annual meeting of the householders of til>e Waihi (Motumii) school district: was held the 14th inst. The report and balance-sheet was read and received favorable, commendation. A vote'Of tnnnks to the teachers for the way In which they had carried out their dulles during the year. was passed. The following new committee was elected: Messrs. W. Cole (chairman), J. Cole, G. Graham, W. Beynolds, J. Kobinson. I YORK ROAD. There were thirteen present at the householders' meeting on Monday, Mr. A. W. King (chairman) presiding The election resulted as follows: Messrs. J Neustroskl, J. Potroz, B. Crofskey, J Dombroskl and A. W. Kljig The balance-sheet showed a credit of £l3 Bs. At a meeting after the election J. Neustroskl was appointed chairman, and A. W. King secretary and treasurer.
