Tallents, head of the British Relief Commission in Poland, has returned with photographs of the terrible atrocities committed before the Esthonians counter-attacked the Bolsheviks. Col. Tallents maintains that a prompt supply of food, clothing, and reconstruction materials along the Baltic coast is the first* condition to counter the propaganda of Bolshevism.
