COUNTING SOLDIEKS' yOTES. Wellington, Last Night. The counting of the votes cut by the soldiers in New Zealand will begin this week in Wellington, and the figures should be available before the end of the week. Returning officers will begin the official counts of civilian votes this week after they have received the parcels of absent voters' permits from various parts of the country. Their ofßaial announcements will include the votes cast by absent voters and seamen. It is estimated that there are not leu than 12,000 of these votes still to be included in the returns.
