ORDER RESTORED. London, April 9. Mr. Harmswortli said that General Allenby has issued a proclamation stating that the restoration of order had enabled the removal of restrictions on travel. Egyptians might leave the country if they desired. He added that a Ministry was in course of formation. — Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. THE RIOTS CASUALTIES. Received April 11, 12.15 p.m. London, April 10. A delayed Cairo mr 'ge stated that nine were killed and iii'ty-six injured on April 3. The troops showed restraint, otherwise the casualties would have been heavier.
