RETURNING SOLDIERS.
STEAMERS LEAVE ENGLAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 11. Two more steamers hare left England with New Zealand troops. These are the Arawa, which left on April 1 and is due on May 12 or 13 with a complement of 585 soldiers, 95 women and 33 children.
The Rimutaka left on April 5 and is due on May 17 with a complement of 642 soldiers, I'2 women and eight children.
As far as is ascertainable, the Devon, Which left Suez on April 5 for New Zealand ports, had no New Zealand troops on hoard. It is presumed therefore that the draft allocated to her has been retained in Egypt on account of the disturbances. It is possible that further vessels may have left England between the date of the Rimutaka's departure and yesterday's pall.
