RAILWAY STRIKE SETTLED. Received April 10, 7.15 p.m. London, April 0. The Austrian railway strike has been settled.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. A BIG SHIP BUILT. Received April 10, 10.5 p.m. Sydney, April 10. The largest of all the Australian steelbuilt ships, the collier Biloela, a 10,000tonner, was launched at Cockatoo island. DETECTIVES REPRIMANDED. Received April 10, 10.5 p.m. Sydney, April 10. On the recommendation of the Inspec-tor-General of Police, Cabinet has reprimanded and transferred from headquarters division six detectives engaged in investigating the late I.W.W. oase. The chief cause of, this action was the judge's remarks on the acceptance by the detectives of concessions on clothes obtained through one of the parties in the case.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
