ENEMY REPATRIATION. BILL READ A SECOND TIME. Received April 6, 5.5 p.m. Capetown, April 4. The Assembly, after an all-night sitting, the result of the Nationalist opposition necessitating the closure, carried a second time the Enemy Repatriation Bill. The Government motion to refer the Bill to a select committee was adopted after the closure had again been applied.— Reuter.
