LAST WEEK'S BETUKNS, The returns from the New Plymouth tramways for the week ended Sunday last show a marked decrease on those for the corresponding week of. last year, when the passengers carried were 31,408 and the revenue £227 14s lid. They also show a drop of over £2O from the previous week, and indicate-the effect, of the withdrawal of the concession tickets. Following are the details for last week:—< Passengers.
