EMIGRATION TO COLONIES.
EXPERIMENTAL FARMS TO BE ESTABLISHED. Received April 2, 1.20 a.m. London, April 1. The Daily Express savs that after the war emigration will boom, and will soon be in full swing. Intending emigrants are not deterred by the announcements that the Dominions are determined ttj provide for their own soldiers first, nor by the reports that unemployment is rife in the Dominions. Demobilised British soldiers are eager for the opportunities of training in farming prior to emigration. It is expected that experimental farms will be established in England, imitating the conditions obtaining in the Dominions.—AuS. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
