(3) The whole of the purchase money I to be paid in municipal debentures as 1 follows: £393.750 at 5 per cent ner annum. -2! venrs' currency; £750,000 iand the amount for the current year 3 net profits, and adjustment as previously mentioned, 5} per cent interest per annum, with 21 veare' currency. (4) The corporation to take possession on July 1, 1919.
