APPALLING OUTRAGES.

COMMITTED BY BULGARIANS. . Received March 31, 10.10 p.m. London, March 30. Evidence obtained by the Crimes Commission reveals that outrages appalling in their savagery were perpetrated on Serbian civilians of both sexes by the Bulgars. The nature of many of the outrages is unprintable. They were not merely acts of common soldiers, but officers committed many of the worst deeds. In some cases women were tortured beyond belief and then hanged which was the most merciful act.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
