Section 5, block 11, Mahoe 8.D.; 717 acres; capital value, £1080; selected May 26, 1015. Kesolved that the matter be submitted to the Valuation Board. Section 3, block 11, Mahoe S.D., 378 acres; capital value, £7CO; selected June 19, 1913. Resolved that the matter be submitted to the Valuation Board. The lessees of section 1, block 13, Mapava SD. (309 acres) apply for further exemption from residence for a short period.—Six months' extension granted. The lessees of section 2, block 8, Waro B.D. (466 acres) applied for further exemption from residence, being still on active service.—Six months' extension granted. The Taranaki County Council applied for the Land Board's consent to the taking of land for road through section 158, Rua and Walwakalho district. Education Reserve 183 acres 33 perches. —Resolved that the County Council be informed that no legal road exists and that the Education Endowment must be recompensed for land taken. Messrs. H.-3F: Russell and F. E. Orbell, arbitrators, forward their award in connection with the revaluation of E. R. section 150, Hua District/ ceived that the arbitrators' award be accepted. Section 12, block 11, Mapnra SD—Question of arrears of I'ent owing was considered by the Land Board on the 26th. ult.—No further action at present. . .
