THE EX-KAISER.
CAUSE OP HIS FLIGHT. London, March 27.. The Pall Mall Gazette points out that the Kaiser's letter to the Crown Prince, which appeared in pan-German papers used the words that his intended flight to Holland was due to the collapse of the army and the danger of remaining at headquarters. Therefore the Allies' triumph was caused by defeat, not by the revolution, which really originated in the defeat. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
