Received March 26, 9.50 OJu. London, Marcb S/L Mr. Thomas is optimistic regarding settling the union difference. Ho uM arrived at an understanding with the Government, but not a settlement. Hi appeals to railwaymen to refrain from illadvised action at the instance of men whose only conception of securing justice * is by using brute force.
