CLEMENCEAU'S ASSAILANT.
ANARCHIST VIEWS EXPOUNDED. Paris, March 21. Cottin, the assailant of M. Clemenceau, in a statement, said he was convinced ihat the Anarchists were as ready to kill the' Kaiser as M. Clemencenn. They were against all authority. Medical evidence showed that one bul'et is still lodged in M. Clemenceau's body.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
