RAPID DEA^ELOPMENT. AUSTRALIAN PRIZE OFFER. London, March 21. General Hayes, in a speech at the dinner of the British Aircraft Construction Company, read a telegram from Mr Hughes announcing the £16.000 prize for a flight to Australia, and said that it was a splendid offer, and that he hoped the other Dominions would follow suit.—Aus.-N.Z.
