LABOR TROUBLES.
SITUATION EASIER, CONFERENCE WITH PREMIER. Received March 20, 10.15 p.m. London, March 19. Mr. Thomas had a long conference with Mr, Lloyd George, and returned to London by aeroplane The general feeling in railway circles is that the situation is easier.
