A NOVEL AEROPLANE. 200 MILES AN HOUR. London, March 14. Received March li). 6.S p.m. London, March 17. The Daily Express says that General Seely announces that the novel aeroplane ,haa developed unprecedented qualities. It is taillosß, square shaped, and has two .sets of planes, fore and aft, with two or three cars swung between.
