REVISION OF 1539 TREATY. Brussels, March 14. M. de la Croix, President of the Chamber of Deputies, announced that the treaty of 1830 with Holland must be revised, with the object of restoring the territory Dutch, including portion of the Scheldt. A BELGIAN TRAITOR PUNISHED. London, March 17. A Brussels telegram reports that Gorremans, principal secretary to the Ministry of Arts and Science, has been sentenced to fifteen years' hard labor for accepting during the war, from the Germans, the post of Chief Secretary of the Flemish Separatist Ministry.
