SALE OF NELSON BROS.' WORKS. London, March 13. At the annual meeting of Nelson Brothers the chairman anonunced the sale of the New Zealand freezing works and of the whole organisation to the Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company. The reason was the double income-tax and the British excess profits tax. It is understood the business in future will not be directed from England.—United Service.
