EMIGRATION FROM HOME
GOVERNMENT FACILITIES. London, March 12. Lord Milner, interviewed regarding future emigration, said that the policy of keeping Britons within the Empire appealed to hina. He promised every support to this policy in the new Emigration Bill to bo introduced immediately. All clauses which the Agents-General objected to would bp amended, particularly the necessity of registration of agents, whose right of propaganda will he preserved. He was prepared to recommend the Imperial Government to enable British soldiers to take their discharge in any part of the Empire and to make the necessary provision of transport to any Dominion willing to take them.—Aus.N.Z Cable Assn. • WOMEN 7 EMIGRANTS London, MaToli 13Lord Milner informed the Agents-Gen-eral that the Government is financing a delegation of )ne representatives of the.
